How do I make an order online?

We want to make ordering online as simple and easy as possible for you, so we have created a step-by-step guide outlining the ordering process. Please visit our How To Order page.




Can I place orders over the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone. If you are experiencing difficulties by ordering online, then please contact 0116 262 9014 and we will be happy to guide you through the online ordering process.




How will I know if my order has gone through?

Once you have gone through the payment process and uploaded your artwork, you will receive a confirmation e-mail outlining details of your order with a unique order number.




I would like a bespoke job, what shall I do?

Please send us a message, detailing the job required.




What happens if I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order you must inform us in writing or via email. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of receiving the written notification will be charged for. There will also be an administration charge of £10.00 and a 5% charge of the total value of the original order before you are refunded.




When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be dispatched along with your order.




What if I am not in to sign for the delivery?
As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email notifying you that it is on its way. Our courier will be provided with your contact number so that they can contact you in the event that you are not in. We will then arrange for your order to be sent out again at the same time the next day.
